Event Details…
Seating Times are as follows:
- Session 1 – Begins at 11:00 am
- Session 2 – Begins at 12:45 pm
- Session 3 – Begins at 2:30 pm
The samplings will include every category of food minus any meat, seafood, or poultry. A large portion will be main dish creations, but there will also be many hors d’oeuvres, salads, vegetable creations, and desserts. Each cook will be serving their own home recipes so you will be able to get on the spot tips and tricks for the best preparation and serving techniques.
A Registered Dietitian, several Physicians and a certified Fitness trainer will be among the chefs and servers, to answer nutritional questions. We also have a cookbook, with all the recipes presented for the first 15 years that will be on hand for $25.00 each, in addition to a booklet with all recipes being presented at this year’s event for a nominal price.
